It is the season of Mangoes ,hence thought of making a variation by adding mangoes.it was yummuy.
Cooking Instructions
- Hang the yoghurt in a muslin cloth overnight and drain the whey
- In a blender add sugar, saffron and elaichi and blend until the sugar gets powdered.
- Then add the hung yoghurt and mango pulp and whip until all gets blended well.
- pour it in a bowl and garnish with nuts and refrigerate it for 3 hours.
