It is the season of Mangoes ,hence thought of making a variation by adding mangoes.it was yummuy.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Hang the yoghurt in a muslin cloth overnight and drain the whey
  2. In a blender add sugar, saffron and elaichi and blend until the sugar gets powdered.
  3. Then add the hung yoghurt and mango pulp and whip until all gets blended well.
  4. pour it in a bowl and garnish with nuts and refrigerate it for 3 hours.
