15 Ginger-garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
16 Cumin seed 1 Teaspoon

Recipe Details
Marinated mutton cooked with whole spices, onion, ginger, garlic, coconut milk and flavoured with almond paste.


Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pot and fry onions till they turn golden.when onions cool, blend them with yogurt and almonds in a blender.
  2. In the same pot fry yogurt mixture along with ginger garlic paste.
  3. After frying for a while, add red chilli powder,coriander powder,whole spices,salt and lemon juice.
  4. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes then add boiled meat and keep on dum for 5 minutes.
